I just wanted to send you both a quick email to express my thanks for a job well-done last week by Steve and Jamie as part of our rekeying efforts at the First and Main IRS office in Portland. We needed to have all of our on-master cores replaced on every one of our floors. This took considerable preparation and hard work by both Steve and Jamie, much of which was done in advance.

In fact, their attention to detail and excellent customer service made an intricate job--where timing was critical--very smooth and free-flowing. These two gentlemen made my job a whole lot easier and less stressful, let me tell you. So thanks again to your team for the great service . . . we hope to continue working with Chown Security whenever possible in the future.
